Aleksandar Simjanoski
It was back in 2004 when Mr. Aleksandar successfully finished Law studies at University of Ss.Ciril and Metodius in Skopje.
June 2016 gained Master Degree in Business law at Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” at University of Ss.Ciril and Metodius in Skopje. November 2017, finished with success Double Degree LL.M Program of Intellectual Property Law between Iustinianus Primus Law Faculty, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University (IPUKIM), Skopje – Macedonia and CEIPI (Center for Intellectual Property Studies) - University of Strasbourg, France. Thus he gained his second Master Degree in Intellectual Property Law.
From 2005 till 2007 he worked as Coordinator at USAID-DPK-Consulting Court Modernization Project and gain project management experience.
From 2007 he started its own Law Office as one of the youngest attorneys and has successfully managed it until the idea came to join with another young and perspective Lawyer, Mr. Merxhan Dauti. Together they have founded Dauti & Simjanoski Law Firm. In 2017 when Dauti & Simjanoski Law Firm was closed he proceed as attorney at law with his own practice.
Mr. Aleksandar covers variety range, scope of law. Commercial litigations, Divorce, Inheritance and Property disputes, Labor law disputes, Debt Collecting and IP protection and registration. His specialty is litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. He performed with success for several debt collecting firms, insurance companies and Banks, especially in debt collecting and damage resolving cases.
He communicates and can corresponded on English, Serbian, Croatian and Albanian.
Bojana Blagojevic
Bojana Blagojevic from Tetovo, R.Macedonia. Finished Law studies at Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” Skopje in 2010.
In 2013 she gained Master Degree in Business Law, at Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” Skopje successfully defending master thesis with title Franchising and Franchise agreement.
She started her professional career as an Intern back in 2013 within Dauti & Simjanoski Law Firm.
Than in 2014 she passed Bar exam and proceed as Associate in the same Law Firm. Since than, till April, 2019 she was working as an Associate within Law Office of Attorney at Law Aleksandar Simjanoski. In April, 2019 she has gain an bar licence, thus nowadays she is working as Attorney at Law in the Law Office SImjanoski.
Focus of interest on Civil and Business Law. Permanent engagement and work on Civil and Business Law especially on Contract Law, Employment and Labor Law, Insurance and reinsurance.
